Returns Are Simple!
Simply email our site to notify us of your return. Provide us full details of your original order:

This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.
Our Return Policy
Within 30 Days of receipt of your goods (including goods), you may return any of the following items to our www.octequila.com store, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund the shipping and handling cost if the return is because of our mistake):
- Any product in its original condition
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from www.octequila.com store. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after shipping will be charged a restocking fee of $10.00. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days or that are in unsellable condition.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
www.octequila.com can exchange items only if they are defective or damages. To exchange please visit our online Returns department.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Pack the items securely in a box. Please ensure proper padding to avoid damage in transit. Please mail return to:
